Position:Showroom Sales
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with designing their dream kitchens & baths, and choosing the products that are right for them quoting retail jobs
- Documenting all communication in our system, collecting and uploading all relevant paperwork, and processing deposits
- Slab viewings
- Answering incoming sales phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing superior customer service
- Returning all emails, voicemails, and quote requests by the end of each day
- Being a team player
