Position: Account Specialist

Account Specialist candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Account Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Quoting countertops for kitchen & bath dealers, contractors, and builders
  • Processing orders, confirming job details, and finalizing information for our measure technicians and installation crews
  • Reviewing jobs post-template for pricing adjustments and obtaining required documentation needed to proceed with fabrication, including final payment for non-accountholders
  • Following through with job issues, documenting all communication in our system, closing out jobs, and submitting for billing
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing superior customer service
  • Returning all emails, voicemails, and quote requests by the end of each day
  • Assisting with showroom sales as needed
  • Being a team player
