Account Specialist candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Account Specialist responsibilities include:
Quoting countertops for kitchen & bath dealers, contractors, and builders
Processing orders, confirming job details, and finalizing information for our measure technicians and installation crews
Reviewing jobs post-template for pricing adjustments and obtaining required documentation needed to proceed with fabrication, including final payment for non-accountholders
Following through with job issues, documenting all communication in our system, closing out jobs, and submitting for billing
Answering incoming phone calls and emails with an emphasis on providing superior customer service
Returning all emails, voicemails, and quote requests by the end of each day
Assisting with showroom sales as needed
